📋 About the role:
You'll run a full 360 desk — sourcing candidates, developing client relationships, and closing placements across a variety of industries. We give you the tools, the brand, and the support. You bring the drive.
✅ What you'll be doing:
→ Sourcing and headhunting candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
→ Screening and interviewing candidates for active roles
→ Building and managing client relationships
→ Managing the full placement process from brief to offer
→ Growing your own pipeline and candidate network
