Job Overview
A UK-based client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Recruitment Administrator to keep their international remote team running smoothly. You'll be the operational backbone of the team — managing data, coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring every part of the recruitment process is accurately tracked and executed. This is a key support role for a fast-paced, tech-enabled recruitment business that values precision and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the ATS and CRM with candidate and client data
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates across time zones
- Prepare and send contracts, terms of business, and placement documentation
- Support consultants with CV formatting and submission tracking
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine queries promptly
- Produce weekly activity reports and data summaries for leadership
- Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining standard operating procedures
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience in a recruitment, HR, or professional services environment preferred
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working with CRM and ATS systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional home-working environment
- Ability to work UK business hours
