A UK-based client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Recruitment Administrator to keep their international remote team running smoothly. You'll be the operational backbone of the team — managing data, coordinating interviews, handling documentation, and ensuring every part of the recruitment process is accurately tracked and executed. This is a key support role for a fast-paced, tech-enabled recruitment business that values precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and update the ATS and CRM with candidate and client data
  2. Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates across time zones
  3. Prepare and send contracts, terms of business, and placement documentation
  4. Support consultants with CV formatting and submission tracking
  5. Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine queries promptly
  6. Produce weekly activity reports and data summaries for leadership
  7. Assist with onboarding new starters and maintaining standard operating procedures

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in an administrative or coordination role
  • Experience in a recruitment, HR, or professional services environment preferred
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working with CRM and ATS systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
  • A quiet, professional home-working environment
  • Ability to work UK business hours

Salary

R15 000 – R22 000
