Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit for roles
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position
- Develop creative strategies to attract diverse talent and expand candidate outreach
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on candidate progress
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using: Apploi, Outlook, Monday, Indeed
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement
- A passion for connecting talent with opportunities
