Recruitment Specialist
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, candidate experience, and identifying top talent in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates across various European markets.
- Create and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
- Conduct CV screening and initial candidate assessments.
- Perform pre-screening interviews and evaluate candidates' language, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including online assessments, interviews, and selection processes.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within recruitment systems.
- Support international candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including relocation-related coordination when applicable.
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment objectives are achieved.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative recruitment strategies and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
- Fluency in English.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- International exposure or experience is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, databases, and online sourcing tools.
- Excellent command in English , both written and spoken
