Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, candidate experience, and identifying top talent in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates across various European markets.
  • Create and manage job advertisements across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial candidate assessments.
  • Perform pre-screening interviews and evaluate candidates' language, technical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recruitment activities, including online assessments, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within recruitment systems.
  • Support international candidates throughout the recruitment journey, including relocation-related coordination when applicable.
  • Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment objectives are achieved.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative recruitment strategies and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection regulations, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 6 months–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • International exposure or experience is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment platforms, databases, and online sourcing tools.
  • Excellent command in English , both written and spoken
