Position: IT Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist – IT & Technical)
Location:
Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu-Natal (Full-time, on-site)
Package:
Competitive base +

Key Responsibilities & Targets
– Full recruitment cycle for IT roles (Developers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Support, Project Managers, etc.)
– Proactive sourcing via Linked In, cold calling, portals and networking
– Screening, interviewing and closing candidates
– Building strong talent pipelines
– Meeting/exceeding monthly placement and revenue targets
Minimum Requirements
– Minimum 2 years recruitment/ external sales experience/ telesales (IT/Technical recruitment is a strong advantage)
– Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
– Excellent communication and closing skills
– Based in Pietermaritzburg or willing to relocate immediately
– Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
