Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (customer service, tech support, sales, etc.);
- Develop and maintain local sourcing channels (job boards, campuses, social media, referrals);
- Screen CVs, coordinate interviews, conduct initial assessments, and drive offer process;
- Partner with business units to define hiring needs and plan recruitment strategies;
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to meet hiring targets;
- Support employer branding and recruitment events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in HR, Psychology, or related fields;
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in BPO/call center industry;
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and local talent market;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring goals.
