About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment experience who is passionate about talent acquisition and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, databases, referrals, and social media
- Conduct screening calls and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, databases, and reports
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
