Role Overview: We’re offering an internship position suitable for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about customer service, and has a natural eye for social media content. You’ll be the first point of contact when customers walk in and also play a role in building our online brand.
What You’ll Do: Reception Duties:
- Welcome customers and manage front-desk queries
- Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Assist with bookings, repair updates, and customer check-ins
- Keep the reception area organized and professionalSocial Media & Marketing Duties:
- Create simple content for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
- Capture behind-the-scenes videos, device repairs, and product features
- Assist with posting schedules and captions
- Help brainstorm marketing ideas and campaigns
- Engage with customers online (comments, DMs, inquiries)
Requirements:
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Confident communication skills
- Basic social media skills (content creation, posting, editing)
- Organized and able to multitask
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to work on-site in Cape TownBonus (Not Required):
- Experience with Canva or CapCut
- Interest in tech or mobile devices
- Previous customer service experience
