Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a Receptionist | Night Auditor to join a well-established 4-star hotel based in Woodstock, Cape Town.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently during night shifts while ensuring smooth front office operations and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk during night shift operations
• Perform daily night audit procedures, ensuring all transactions are balanced and accurate
• Check guests in and out efficiently, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
• Handle guest queries, requests, and any concerns during the night shift
• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review
• Ensure all systems are updated and reconciled correctly
• Maintain high levels of security and awareness within the property during night hours
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments where required
• Ensure a smooth handover to the morning team

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Front Office or Night Audit role within a hotel environment
• Experience working on hotel management systems (Opera experience advantageous)
• Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Well-presented, professional, and reliable
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
