Receptionist Needed in a fast growing Business
Edge Fitness is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our clubs. This role is central to the member experience and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for members and non members ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-of-house experience.
Required Skills & Experience
– Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role (fitness, hospitality, or retail environment preferred)
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– Clear and confident verbal and written communication
– Professional appearance and strong work ethic
– Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
