Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Midrand for a Receptionist & Internal Sales position. The role involves managing front desk operations, such as answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, and performing other general receptionist duties. Additionally, the position includes supporting the internal sales team, maintaining customer service standards, processing orders, and assisting with administrative tasks.

- Excellent Clerical Skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Customer Service with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software and familiarity with sales-support tools
- Prior experience in sales or a similar role is advantageous
