Our client based in Durban, is seeking a young and dynamic individual to join their team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the switchboard and providing general administrative support to the firm.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in handling a switchboard
  • Competent in general administrative duties
  • Experience in a law firm will be an advantage (not compulsory)
  • Presentable and professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls via the switchboard
  • Greeting clients and visitors professionally
  • Performing general clerical and administrative tasks as required
