Our client based in Durban, is seeking a young and dynamic individual to join their team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the switchboard and providing general administrative support to the firm.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in handling a switchboard
- Competent in general administrative duties
- Experience in a law firm will be an advantage (not compulsory)
- Presentable and professional demeanor
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls via the switchboard
- Greeting clients and visitors professionally
- Performing general clerical and administrative tasks as required
