Receptionist (Female) required to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support the Senior-level Executive on both business and private duties which include availability after-hours, weekends and public holidays.
Receptioniat responsibilities include managing the daily duties and matters of the Business.
To be successful in this role, ideally have no dependents, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, and be able to act independently.
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquries and replying to all customer queries timeously.
Work experience in an Administrative position or similar role.
High level of independence and self sufficiency in carrying out duties.
High level of dependability and trust.
Excellent MS Office knowledge and computer usage.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Drivers Licence.
High Level of Integrity on Discretion and confidentiality.
Diploma or Degree advantageous
Will be based at our Florida Road Offices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R5 000,00 – R15 000,00 per month
