Receptionist Jobs in Cape Town at Coastal Property Management Services
We are an established property management company in Cape Town and are looking for a Receptionist to join our Head Office on a full time basis.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years experience or more in a similar position or environment, with references. Experience in sectional title and property management would be a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Management of the switchboard and transfer of incoming calls
Greeting and welcoming clients in reception
Preparation of refreshments for staff and client meetings
Scheduling of meetings in boardroom
Requesting and capturing of utility readings for buildings under management
Ordering of office supplies including water, stationery, paper and toner cartridges
Capturing of staff leave and filing of application forms, if necessary
Monitoring of mailboxes for both Head Office and Sea Point office
Managing of control sheet for key cupboard including the issue/collection of tags/remotes
Sending birthday reminders to all staff via email
Ad-hoc duties as required by management
Skills:
National Senior Certificate
Computer literate
Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office
Planning and organisation
Attention to detail
Strong numerical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English
Sound interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
