Vacancy: Admin & Front Desk Administrator

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin & Front Desk Administrator.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the company and must be confident, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field

Previous accounting and administrative experience essential

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, accounting systems advantageous)

Strong communication and organisational skills

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Duties & Responsibilities:

Managing reception and front desk operations

Answering calls and assisting clients professionally

General office administration

Capturing invoices and processing paperwork

Assisting with accounts, filing, and reconciliations

Managing emails, schedules, and office coordination

Supporting management with daily administrative tasks
