Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Reception/Logistics Coordinator role based in Algiers. The responsibilities include managing reception activities such as greeting clients, handling phone inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties involve organizing logistic tasks, ensuring smooth communication with team members, and performing various clerical responsibilities. The coordinator will play a key role in representing the organization and supporting its daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is a plus
  • Previous experience in administrative or logistics roles is an advantage
