What you'll do
As a Real Estate Agent & Broker at Capstone Egypt, you will be the frontline of our client relationships, advising investors, developers, and end users across residential and commercial transactions. You'll leverage Capstone's market intelligence and integrated model to deliver outcomes that standalone brokers simply cannot.
- Prospect, qualify, and manage clients across residential, commercial, and investment property segments
- Execute property sales, acquisitions, and off-plan primary market transactions
- Provide investment advisory and portfolio-building guidance aligned with client objectives
- Represent developers and manage secondary market resale transactions
- Conduct market analysis and develop competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Capstone's architecture and construction divisions to offer integrated solutions
- Build and maintain a strong network of local and international investor relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
