Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Real Estate Auctioneer to join our growing team! As a Real Estate Auctioneer, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties through our online platform. You will guide them through every step of the real estate transaction process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
This position is fully commission-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to determine property values and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals on behalf of clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of local neighbourhoods and real estate market conditions.
- Maintain a full and in-depth understanding of all legal processes, documents, and property transaction requirements, including Sale Mandates and the Offer to Purchase;
- Build a network of leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the transaction process.
- Attend and participate in crucial weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings within Prime Auctions.
- Being a team player, part of a high-performing team working collaboratively.
- Stay up to date on real estate laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), Intern or Qualified NQF 4/5.
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role of at least 1 year.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and MLS databases.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Stable wi-fi network and laptop.
