Duties

Assist customers over the counter, online, and via other platforms, providing exceptional service.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automotive replacement parts.

Generate sales and renewals through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while promoting the company’s products.

Support the team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements

Previous experience in automotive spares or parts sales.

Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts.

Strong customer service and sales skills.

Stable work history with reliable references.

Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background and no bad debt (ITC check required).

Ability to work full-time, on-site, Monday to Saturday.
Familiarity

Automotive industry standards and parts.

Customer relationship management.
What We’ll Give You

Salary: R9,500 – R12,000 per month plus commission.
