ROLE SUMMARY
R2R Associate Manager is the ultimate owner of Accounting and Reporting Operations for BU/Geographical Scope. This role exists to assure accuracy, completeness and compliance of financial reporting for Internal and External uses.
ROLE PROFILE
- Leading Financial Reporting operations for respective BU/Geographical Areas.
- Leading and Coordinating Closing and Reporting activities for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cycles.
- Responsible for providing the ultimate sign-off for Monthly Closing activities for respective BU/Geographical Areas.
- Develop and maintain measures of internal control within GS RTR area.
- Coordination of Process Review and Continuous Improvement Proposals.
- Review and Approve Manual GL Journals.
- Monthly and Quarterly analysis of balance Composition and Aging analysis for Balance Sheet and P&L.
- Review and Approve Reconciliations.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in financial reporting and accounting operation.
- University Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalent.
- solid understanding of financial reporting and financial accounting aspects.
- Strong knowledge of financial system and business intelligence tools.
- Solid understanding of compliance and internal controls.
- Experience in process design and process excellence.
