We require an experienced Pr.QS or experienced Candidate QS who can manage a project from start to finish without supervision. We are looking for a natural leader.

Requirements:
You must be able to compile comprehensive and detailed BOQ's.
Understand and apply JBCC Contracts.
Understand and apply NEC 4 Contracts.
Understand and apply SANS 10400 method of measuring.
Understand and apply Standard System of Measuring Building Work.
Advanced experience in WinQS Estimating module bill production module, JBCC Module and Dimension X, including the integration of WinQS with Dimension X and Vice versa. If not, automatic disqualification.
Advanced experience of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Sound knowledge of building products and materials.
Valid Drivers license with own car.
No criminal record.
Sober habits. Smoking during office hours is not allowed.
Systematic working procedure.
Work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Principal Agent experience is advantageous.
Pricing of BOQ's for contractors experience is advantageous.

Working hours: 9 hours per day
Market related remuneration according to experience and qualifications.

This position is not for diploma graduates.
Starting Date: July 2026
You should have at least 5 years experience in a QS consultancy office.
