We are hiring a QS – Mechanical to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Develop and review technical specifications
- Extract quantities from BIM models (Revit / Navisworks)
- Support cost estimation and project budgeting
- Coordinate with MEP, BIM teams, and suppliers
- Review contractor submissions and ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in preparing BOQs for HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems
- Certifications or training in BIM, Revit, or MEP systems are a strong advantage
