Our client in Pretoria East is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team
Minimum requirements:
- BSc Quantity Surveying (Preferable) or BTech in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 10 Years Experience
- Financial control of projects
- Cost reporting
- Managing site expenditure
- Prepare interim valuations
- Prepare and process sub-contractors payments
- Value scope changes, site instructions an variation orders.
- Negotiations and close out final accounts with PQs and sub-contractors
- Site administrations, appointments of sub-contractors and managing commercial aspects
- Estimating and Tendering
- Contractual:
Proper knowledge of JBCC contracts (all editions) - Software proficiency:
Candy (Advanced knowledge) Excel (Advanced knowledge)
