Job description
TW Profile Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team in Boksburg. This role is responsible for ensuring that parts and processes conform to customer requirements, while supporting and maintaining our Quality Management System in line with industry standards. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving quality consistency across inspection, document control, reporting, and continuous improvement within the business.
Responsibilities
- Inspection of parts to ensure conformity to customer requirements
- Maintaining the Quality Management System in line with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and develop corrective action on relevant areas in the Quality Management System.
- Train employees on the Quality Management System, processes and procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain metrics to track the Quality Management System and provide regular reports to management.
- Responsible for the efficient Quality Document Control and Product Management.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Communication and Computer Literacy – Windows and MS Office & Excel.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 Standard requirements.
- Able to read drawings.
- Basic knowledge of machines.
- Be able to operate a Vernier and a tape measure.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Bilingual.
