Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and support the implementation and maintenance of quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality issues and identify root causes.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain inspection records.
- Follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and quality audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
Work Schedule
- 2 Days Morning Shift (12 Hours)
- 1 Day Off
- 2 Days Night Shift (12 Hours)
- 3 Days Off
