Location: 10th of Ramadan, Sharkia, Egypt
Key Accountabilities:
- Monitor and verify process parameters across production area assigned (IQF, sorting, packaging and loading area).
- Ensures that process controls comply with approved work instructions, process sheets and quality standards
- Record, analyze and report non-conformities in their assigned areas.
- Review and verify key control points (CCP and OPRP)
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to adjust processes when quality trends deviate from targets.
- Support root cause analysis for deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain trend reports for key quality metrics
- Prepare daily reports for process performance and quality checks.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, Agriculture / Science / Production engineering
- 1-3 Years of experience in food industry
Skills:
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HACCP
- Attention to details
- Commitment to safety and food integrity
- Ability to handle conflict effectively.
- Adaptability for fast-changing production conditions and priorities
