Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Officer to oversee our product quality and compliance standards. The successful candidate will monitor production processes, implement safety standards, and ensure all finished goods meet strict regulatory and company guidelines before market distribution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor production cycles to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
3. Identify processing defects and implement immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
4. Maintain precise documentation of all quality metrics, batch records, and inspection logs.
5.Ensure strict adherence to NAFDAC, SON, and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
6. Train factory staff on hygiene, safety protocols, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc. or HND in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a QA/QC Officer in a manufacturing plant.
1. Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to tiny details.
2. Location: Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to Onitsha.
3. Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with data-driven reporting.
