Position Overview
As the Quality and Warranty Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of all repair work, punch list items, and warranty-related service across all divisions. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency. This role requires strong coordination with department managers, field managers, and crews to ensure all post-installation work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.
Job Responsibilities
1. Repair, Punch List & Warranty Management
- Oversee all repair jobs, punch list completion, and warranty service work across roofing, siding, and window divisions
- Ensure timely scheduling and completion of all service-related work
- Prioritize and triage incoming service requests based on urgency and customer impact
- Verify quality of completed repairs and ensure all work meets company standards
2. Field Coordination & Execution
- Schedule and assign field managers and crews for repair and warranty work
- Coordinate with department managers to align on scope, materials, and expectations
- Monitor job progress and ensure efficient turnaround times
- Adjust schedules based on workload, weather, and material availability
3. Quality Control & Inspections
- Perform site inspections to verify workmanship and completion of punch list items
- Ensure all repairs and warranty work meet manufacturer specifications and company standards
- Identify recurring issues and work with departments to implement corrective actions
4. Customer Experience & Issue Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated post-installation concerns
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding scope, timelines, and resolutions
- Ensure a professional, customer-first experience during all service interactions
- Follow up to confirm satisfaction upon completion of work
5. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all repair, punch list, and warranty jobs
- Document scope changes, job notes, and completion status in the company CRM (e.g., AccuLynx)
- Track trends in service issues and report findings to leadership
- Submit required reports and updates to the Director of Trades
6. Operational Excellence
- Develop and refine processes for handling service, punch list, and warranty work
- Improve response times, efficiency, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Assist in training crews on quality standards and best practices
7. Safety and Compliance
- Ensure all repair and service work complies with OSHA and company safety standards
- Enforce proper jobsite practices and respond to any safety concerns promptly
8. Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Roofing, Siding, and Window Department Managers to ensure alignment on quality expectations
- Collaborate with field managers and crews to address workmanship concerns and training opportunities
- Support continuous improvement efforts across all production departments
Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
