Qualified Tractor Mechanic with Experience Jobs in Humansdorp at ER Trekkerdienste
ER Trekkerdienste, an established agricultural mechanization business in Humansdorp in the Eastern Cape, is growing their workshop staff component. On offer a position with a market related remuneration package (including benefits) for a qualified tractor mechanic.
Suitable candidates meet the following minimum requirements:
- Must be a qualified (trade tested) tractor or diesel mechanic with agricultural experience.
- Must have diverse tractor brand experience (e.g. Massey Ferguson, Landini, New Holland/Ford, Case), as well as experience of maintenance and repairs to agricultural equipment and implements. (Experience of earth-moving equipment will also be beneficial.)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant (tractor related) experience.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- A valid driver’s license is essential.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
At least 3 contactable references and your latest 2 payslips are required.
Remuneration package:
- Basic salary (depending on experience) and commission/incentive remuneration structure with benefits apply (market related).
- Package R20 000 to R60 000 per month (Cost-to-company, based on an incentive scale).
