Qualified Diesel Mechanic Jobs in Linbro Park at La Concorde bakery

Fully qualified diesel mechanic needed to maintain, service, diagnose & repair fleet of 30+ Hino trucks

Minimum Requirements:

 Red Seal Artisan Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic)

 Minimum 5 years’ experience working on trucks up to 4 tons (Hino experience will be beneficial)

 Valid driver’s licence

 Own reliable vehicle

 Own reliable cellphone

 Ability to work independently and under pressure

 Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

 Good communication and problem-solving abilities

 Must have contactable references

Duties:

 Service, maintain and repair fleet of diesel trucks

 Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults

 Perform preventative maintenance inspections

 Perform all major services and repairs

 Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard

 Maintain accurate service and repair records

 Occasional weekend work only when necessary

 Be on standby for after hour breakdowns

 Manage and run the workshop

Pay: From R34 000,00 per month
