Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead and continuously improve our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and maintain the QHSE Management System.
· Ensure product quality across plastic manufacturing, thermoforming, sewing, assembly, and packaging.
· Drive Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Lead CAPA, root cause analysis, audits, and KPI reporting.
· Manage HSE compliance, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety culture.
· Prepare for and lead ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits.
· Lead and develop the Quality and HSE teams.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
· 7–10 years of QHSE experience in manufacturing.
· Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred.
· Experience in thermoforming, sewing, assembly, and packaging is an advantage.
Required Certifications
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum).
· ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor preferred.
· ISO 14001 Internal/Lead Auditor preferred.
· NEBOSH or equivalent is an advantage.
Technical Skills
· ISO 9001, ISO 14001, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, Lean Manufacturing, DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen, Risk Assessment, KPI Management.
Soft Skills
· Analytical thinking, problem solving, leadership, communication, reporting, planning, decision making.
