QA & Regulatory Officer (Engineering)

A leading medical manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on, driven QA & Regulatory Officer to join their team.
This role is ideal for a graduate or early-career engineer who is detail-oriented, hardworking, and able to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, technical environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and close out quality issues (CAPAs, non-conformances, customer complaints)
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 13485 & MDSAP)
- Assist with audits (internal, supplier, and external)
- Review and manage technical and quality documentation
- Support manufacturing and validation processes (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Work closely with different teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
- ±2 years’ experience (graduates with strong potential welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and take ownership
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, technical environment
