About the Role
We are seeking to hire Purchasing Specialist for a leading supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
- Request quotations, analyze offers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Create and issue purchase orders and track order status.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Handle supplier issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Odoo or any other ERP Systems Knowledge.
- 1-3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good Command Of English (Spoken & Written)
