Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Relations Manager located in Maputo, Mozambique. The Public Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing PR strategies, managing media relations, creating press materials, and identifying opportunities to amplify the company’s brand presence. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling content, coordinating with internal teams, monitoring public sentiment, and managing crisis communications to ensure positive relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Public Relations, Media Relations, and Crisis Communication
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and crafting press releases
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Campaign Management
- Knowledge of Brand Positioning, Stakeholder Engagement, and Corporate Communication
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in technology or corporate sectors is preferred but not mandatory
