Overview
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for a proactive and driven Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruitment activities across the business. This role is critical in attracting, assessing, and hiring high‑quality talent while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
Working closely with hiring managers and HR partners, the Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes across a variety of roles in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing through offer stage.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, social media, and internal talent pools.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback tracking.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and support informed hiring decisions.
- Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience through timely, clear, and professional communication.
- Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support recruitment reporting.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job postings, LinkedIn content, recruitment events, and university outreach.
- Track recruitment activity and assist with reporting on key metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and applicable labour regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Hands‑on experience with direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Fluency in English is required; French is a strong advantage.
