Provisioning Administrator/ Assistant – Cape Town
UK-based telecommunications and IT company is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Provisioning Administrator/ Assistant to join their growing Cape Town office.
In this role, you will be responsible for scrutinising contracts, liaising with customers, and ordering services from relevant suppliers via the CRM system within agreed SLAs. You will also coordinate order workloads, prepare progress updates, and ensure both the business and its customers receive exceptional service—especially relating to the delivery of 5G solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Order management and provisioning
- Testing and service delivery coordination
- Handling escalated issues
- Preparing progress reports
- Account setup
- Order tracking and follow‑ups
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Matric / Grade 12
- Relevant certifications, diploma, or degree (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English)
- Strong organisational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Adherence to processes and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Numerate and literate
- Professional telephone manner
Desirable Experience
- Understanding of ISP or telecoms environments
- Previous experience supporting UK customers
