Property Rental Manager

About the role:
The Property Rental Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a residential rental portfolio, overseeing leasing operations, ensuring legal compliance and driving revenue performance.

Qualification:
NQF 4 and FFC registered

Requirements:

• Existing rental portfolio (non-negotiable)
• Experience managing or mentoring rental agents (advantageous)
• Established landlord network
• Experience working within a real estate agency environment
• Proven track record in residential rental management
• Strong knowledge of the Cape Town rental market
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
