Position: Property Coordinator (Hotels)
Reporting to the Owners Rep (Hotels), you will take responsibility for supporting in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
This role provides essential coordination, administrative and cross functional support for all hotels within the portfolio.
Role responsibilities are diverse, however will include:
- Assisting with Operational Management – coordinating facilities, utilities, safety and operational service requests
- Stakeholder engagement and Relationship Management
Key requirements:
- A diploma or degree in hospitality management, property management or business administration or related
- Proven experience (3-5 years) within a similar role with a sound understanding of hotel operations, property environments, leasing and operational standards
Key skills:
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of MRI/MDA or related software package
