Role Description The Property Consultant role at Nawy is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Property Consultant will guide prospective buyers, sellers, and investors through the property selection and transaction process, providing expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, understanding their needs and budget, presenting suitable property options, and arranging property viewings. The role also involves managing negotiations between parties, supporting clients with documentation and closing procedures, and maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals in company systems. The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, tech-enabled client experience and uphold Nawy’s service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven customer service capabilities, including responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
  • Solid sales skills with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property valuation, and investment principles.
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo and manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms for property listing, tracking, and client communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate consulting or sales is an advantage.
