We’re on the lookout for ambitious Property Brokers to join our expanding team in the Southern Suburbs area and play a key role in growing our property footprint.
This is a role for someone who wants to take control of their own results — from identifying new opportunities to securing mandates and developing long-term relationships with property owners and investors. You’ll be representing a well-established brand while driving your own success.
What the Role Involves
- Proactively source and develop new business with landlords and investors
- Meet clients, assess properties, and secure listings and mandates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Work alongside internal teams to ensure a seamless property process
- Manage your activity, track performance, and stay focused on your targets
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, people-focused individual with strong communication skills
- A natural ability to connect, influence, and negotiate
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (helpful but not required)
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
- Your own laptop and car
