Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Property Advisor (Fresh or Entry Level). As a Property Advisor, you will assist clients in making informed real estate investment decisions by providing accurate information, conducting detailed property research, and advising on property management and investment options. You will maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively
- Knowledge or interest in Property Management and Investments to provide accurate and insightful recommendations
- Basic understanding of Finance as it relates to real estate transactions and investments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning and growing within the real estate industry, with an eagerness to build skills in consultancy and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
