Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients with property investments, providing expert advice on real estate opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing property portfolios, advising clients on market trends, conducting property visits, and maintaining positive client relations to meet their investment objectives. Candidates will be encouraged to contribute their perspectives and ideas to further strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and address inquiries effectively.
- Experience or foundational knowledge in Property Management and understanding of Investments.
- Familiarity with Finance principles related to real estate transactions and investment strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
- Passion for real estate consulting and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
