Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kinross, Mpumalanga Province. This high-impact operational role is critical for driving data integrity, project governance, and commercial tracking across the departments. The successful candidate will manage project lifecycle within Operations, transforming data into reliable business intelligence to optimize resourcing, forecasting, and senior leadership decisions.
This permanent position requires a commercially minded professional capable of balancing collaborative stakeholder management with rigorous process discipline.
Qualifications
- Degree (preferably)/ Diploma in Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations or Industrial Engineering or any related qualification.
Job-related Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Data Analytics, within project operations, Resource Management, a Project Management Office (PMO).
System Expertise:
Strong proficiency in managing complex business systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, client relationship management (CRM, software.
Analytical Skills:
Advanced capability to interpret operational data, evaluate commercial trade-offs, and synthesize project variables into actionable insights.
Monitoring and tracking of the cost allocation per department for business interest assessment.
Stakeholder Management:
Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder relationships and the professional confidence to enforce process discipline constructively.
Commercial Acumen:
Strong understanding of how data accuracy directly influences corporate utilisation, revenue generation, margins, and client delivery.
Understanding of Logistics Industry performance measures and volumes will be advantageous.
