Project Manager -Specifications

• Developing and maintaining a robust project specification pipeline within the region.
• Engaging architects, developers, engineers, and consultants to promote Saint-Gobain Walls & Ceilings solutions.
• Driving technical system specifications through CPDs, presentations, and technical consultations.
• Supporting the rollout of innovative building solutions, including future growth areas such as external walling systems and façade applications.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and installers to ensure correct installation and specification retention on site.
• Providing technical and commercial support during project execution, ensuring specifications are protected and implemented as designed.
• Collaborating with internal teams including sales, technical support, supply chain, and customer services to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supporting regional commercial objectives by connecting project specifications to sales opportunities across the distribution and contractor channels.

Is this job for you?

This role requires an individual with a Matric and Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related built environment discipline.Drivers licence.Min of 4–6 years’ experience in the construction, building materials, or project specification environment, with exposure to architectural engagement, contractor coordination, and technical solution selling. Experience in design packages e.g. AutoCAD and understanding of current market legislation, e.g. SANS 10 400 and the Green Star Rating System and the practical implications and impacts within a business will set you apart.
