Summit Solutions Roofing and Construction is aggressively expanding across greater Nashville and is hiring motivated, driven, and coachable individuals for a full-time Project Manager/Roofing Sales Representative opportunity.
This is not a desk job. This is a high-income, field-based sales opportunity for people who want to outwork the competition, grow personally and professionally, and take control of their income.
Whether you already have roofing experience or a 10 year sales background, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through belly-to-belly relationship building
- Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
- Help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process
- Meet with insurance adjusters on-site
- Manage projects from signed contract through completion
- Collect checks and maintain customer communication
- Track and manage jobs using company systems and processes
Compensation
- 100% Commission-Based (1099 Contractor Position)
- Average performers earn $10,000+ per month
- Top reps can earn $30,000–$50,000+ per month
- Weekly pay as checks clear
- Advancement opportunities based on performance, not seniority

- Roofing sales or door-to-door sales experience preferred

- Must Have Reliable Transportation
