Project Manager / Sales Representative – General Contracting & Roofing Jobs in Pompano Beach, FL at LGI Construction
The Project Manager / Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new residential and commercial construction opportunities, meeting with clients, preparing estimates and proposals, and managing projects from contract through completion. This role requires strong communication skills, construction knowledge, organization, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop new residential and commercial construction and roofing leads
- Meet with prospective clients to assess project needs
- Prepare estimates, proposals, and project scopes
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and internal staff
- Schedule inspections and help ensure projects remain on schedule
- Maintain clear communication and excellent customer service throughout each project
- Assist in growing the company through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Represent the company professionally in the field and with clients
Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
