Project Manager Experience in ready-mix concrete industry from 9 to 11 Years
We are looking for a Concrete Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Concrete Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising concrete work on construction sites, working closely with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field crews. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a thorough understanding of concrete construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, managing budgets, procuring materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing technical guidance to the team. The Concrete Project Manager will also be responsible for preparing reports, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise concrete construction projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience managing concrete construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
