BEFORE YOU APPLY, READ THE LISTING, please.

Don't waste our time by rejecting our proposal when you APPLIED for this listing, for this proposal.

It means you didn't take the time to READ even the description below.

We are a REAL nonprofit NGO. We work to support the people. The job until we start the project in your country is pro bono. Pro bono means without a salary. If you are looking to get a salary from day one, this job isn't for you. Do NOT apply, please, because we are too busy explaining again and again what is already noted below, and spending our time isn't polite. THANK YOU.

ISO-SEC recruits serious professionals with strong humanitarian roots.

We don't offer a salary from day one because there are no formal work duties we assign.

We are in the phase of establishing our presence in 193 countries.

We aren't experimenting. We are the International Security Organisation, and we will fulfil our mission.

Do you want to support this? Then apply and let us know how you have in mind to help us. We're looking for experienced project managers and are open to people who want to help change the world. In the near (we hope) future, they can do this for a living as well, and later we will offer a salary as well.

If you agree with the above and would like to learn more about us and our projects, please read below, and if you still want to be a part of our cause, then apply.

If you hold one of the 30,000 certificates we issued over the last 9 years, and you believe you have the skills to support our nonprofit nature, contact directly: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dr-nikolaos-fokianos/ (don't apply at all).

Company Description

The International Security Organization, ISO-SEC™, was founded in 2017 in Rietheim, Aargau, Switzerland, operating with Swiss standards of neutrality, integrity, and compliance.

On October 1st, 2025, ISO-SEC was reborn as a Swiss nonprofit NGO. Anyway, the mentality since day one wasn't to be a profitable entity, but rather a social project.

ISO-SEC advances security skills and ensures compliance through its proprietary ISO-SEC Protocols™, which provide legal clarity under international law. As a nonprofit, we prioritise independence from commercial, religious, and political influences. ISO-SEC is dedicated to combating fraud within the private security industry (ISO-SEC's brand was misused twice so far, first in Portugal and second in Nigeria), as well as fighting criminals within all sectors of the private security industry (from education up to security service provision), money laundering, tax evasion, social security losses, and remains vigilant in maintaining transparency and security across all its activities. Applicants can trust ISO-SEC’s official channels for accurate and verified information.

Role Description

This is a volunteer and role for a Project Manager with ISO-SEC. The Project Manager will coordinate international humanitarian projects, manage timelines, oversee inspections, and facilitate logistics and expediting processes. The candidate will work with team members to follow ISO-SEC Protocols™ and support the organisation’s commitment to compliance and excellence across assigned initiatives. The candidate should be experienced in NGO projects, as they will collaborate with the Swiss Embassy in their country or with major sponsors.

Job Location

We will have projects in all 193 countries listed as sovereign states within the UN. For sure, you are a resident in one of these countries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management and the ability to plan, document, and execute project goals effectively.
  • Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes to streamline operations and ensure timely results.
  • Inspection knowledge to evaluate adherence to security and compliance protocols.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate resources and ensure the smooth execution of global projects.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with international security standards and compliance guidelines is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in diverse, remote teams within a global context.

Remuneration

The service is pro bono until the moment the project starts. Then an official employment agreement will start. Options for bonuses for early delivery and excellent service are also possible.

In simple words, we will collaborate until the project in your country starts. Then, to execute the project, we will hire you as our Project Manager. The salary will be comparable to that of a Project Manager in your country.

Additional Options

A successful Project Manager is always valuable. We can make our collaboration "permanent" by creating similar projects around the world. There is always a clear career path in ISO-SEC.

Restrictions

No gender, race, ethnicity, political or religious restrictions. ISO-SEC offers EQUAL access to all its positions.
