Job Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports.
- Supervise expediting activities to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Oversee inspection activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and site deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.
Reporting Line: Projects Manager.
Job Requirements:
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Language: Fluent English.
Gender
- Male.
Skills:
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office.
Technical competencies:
- Related Field Experience:
- Infrastructure, installations preferably in industrial or large-scale environments.
Experience:
- Related Field Experience: With a minimum of +12 years of experience
- Preferred Skills:
- PMP Certification is required.
- Proven experience in infrastructure or installation projects, preferably in industrial or large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in expediting, inspection, and logistics coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety regulations
