Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Scheduling

  • Team Mobilization: Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and provide clear workload direction to ensure team success.
  • Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and drive the implementation of tactical and operational activities within defined scopes.
  • Mentorship: Mentor team members by sharing best practices, offering advice, and fostering a positive, proactive team culture.

Resource & Vendor Management

  • Allocation: Determine resource requirements and coordinate the allocation of personnel, tools, and budgets.
  • Vendor Integration: Manage vendor tasks by integrating them into the master project plan, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.

Monitoring, Quality & Risk Control

  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor project progress, track key metrics (costs, timelines, staffing needs), and report regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Risk Mitigation: Actively manage risks, resolve obstacles, and provide swift solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all projects strictly align with internal/external quality standards (e.g., ISO guidelines), company policies, and relevant laws.

Process Optimization

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute actionable insights to develop internal policies, processes, and standards, aiming for continuous transformation.
  • Professional Growth: Attend recurrent company-published trainings on a regular basis to keep skills sharp.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, corporate performance management, business, or operational development.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • A Master’s Degree in Change Management, Project Management, or Business Administration is a distinct plus.

Language Skills

  • English: C1 level proficiency or above (excellent written and verbal communication).
